Who is selling

The seller is Silvia Michela Carassi. For any enquiry, complaint or support request write to info@aiclonels.online: we answer within one working day.

What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use the AI Clone LS program, not the program itself. The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and covers the number of Macs stated at purchase (one machine unless stated otherwise).

The term depends on the option chosen at checkout: a perpetual licence with 12 months of updates, or a monthly subscription with renewal. The option actually applied is stated on the purchase page and in the confirmation you receive.

Editions and limits

• Base: 2 usable voices.
• Pro: 10 usable voices.
• Studio: 50 usable voices.
• The limit is on how many voices are usable: voices beyond the limit stay in the library but are locked. They are not deleted.
• Adding files to the voices folder by hand does not extend the licence, and renaming them does not change the order: each voice is recognised by its file content, not by its name.
• If you move to a smaller edition (for example when Studio expires) the voices beyond the new limit are locked; they become usable again on renewal or upgrade.

What you may and may not do

• You may use the app for your work, including commercially, and for your clients' projects.
• You may not resell, sublicense or rent the licence, or distribute the program.
• You may not modify the program to circumvent the licence limits. Rights granted to you by law remain unaffected.
• You may not remove licence notices or third-party component notices.

Voices and the content you generate

You are responsible for what you generate. By cloning a voice you declare that you hold the written consent of the person concerned (or that you are that person) and that you use the voice only for the purposes that consent covers.

Using the app to impersonate someone without authorisation, to commit fraud, to harass, to defame or to create misleading audio is prohibited. When you publish generated audio you must disclose that it is synthetic, as required by Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence.

Price, payment and VAT

Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Payment is handled by PayPal.

The option applied is the one shown on the purchase page. For a monthly subscription, the first instalment is charged at purchase and renewal is automatic: you may cancel at any time from your PayPal account or by writing to info@aiclonels.online, and you stay covered until the end of the period already paid for.

The receipt or invoice is issued with the details you give us: if you need an invoice, write to info@aiclonels.online with company name, address and tax or VAT number.

Delivery

The licence key is emailed to the address used for the purchase, usually within minutes (check your spam folder too). The program is downloaded from the “Download” page of the website.

You need a Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or newer) and macOS 14 or later: the app does not run on Windows or on Intel Macs. On first launch the app downloads the speech model (about 1.9 GB): internet is needed only for that and for activation, after which everything runs offline.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. Because the product is digital content supplied immediately, at checkout we ask you to expressly agree to waive withdrawal and to acknowledge that you lose that right once the key is delivered (Art. 59(1)(i) of the Italian Consumer Code).

Those declarations are three separate checkboxes on the purchase page, and without your consent to immediate delivery we do not proceed with the purchase.

If you do not give that consent you have 14 days from receiving the key: write to info@aiclonels.online and we refund you. Details are on the Refunds page.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The program carries the statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity (Arts. 135-octies et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). If the app does not work as described, write to us: repair or replacement is the first remedy, then price reduction or termination of the contract.

Updates

Updates within the same major version are included for 12 months from purchase. After that we may charge for them, but the version you bought keeps working as it did on the day you bought it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law we are liable only for direct damages up to the amount paid for the licence. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data, nor for the use you make of the generated audio.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the competent court is the one where you live or are domiciled, and you cannot be forced to litigate elsewhere.

If you are not a consumer, the competent court is the one where the seller has its registered office, as stated at the top of these terms.

Before any court action you can write to info@aiclonels.online: almost always it is settled that way, and for low-value disputes you may also turn to a mediation body.

Changes to these terms

We may update them for new versions or new plans. The terms that apply to you are the ones accepted at the time of purchase.
