What data we process

We only process what is needed to sell you a licence and to support you.

• Purchase and licence: email address, name if PayPal provides it, transaction ID, plan purchased and date.
• Activation: licence key, purchase email and a technical identifier of your Mac (a fingerprint computed from hardware data) used to keep the licence within the number of machines you bought.
• Support: your email address and the text of the message you send us.
• Technical data: IP address, date and time, browser type, kept in server logs for security and abuse prevention.

The app runs on your Mac, not on our servers

AI Clone LS works entirely on your computer. The audio files you import, the voices you clone and the texts you write stay in the folder you choose and are never uploaded anywhere: we do not have a server that receives them.

The only connections the app makes are: licence activation (key and device identifier), reading the price list so it stays current, and downloading the speech model the first time you start synthesis. That download goes directly from your Mac to Hugging Face, which applies its own privacy policy.

Why we process it (legal bases)

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): creating and managing the licence, handling payment, answering support requests.
• Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): keeping tax and accounting records.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): website security, fraud and abuse prevention, technical logs.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): only if we ever start a newsletter. Today there is none and we do not email you advertising.

How long we keep it

• Tax and payment records: 10 years, as required by law.
• Licences and activations: for the life of the licence and 2 years after the last activity.
• Support messages: 24 months.
• Technical server logs: 12 months.

Who it may be shared with

We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone. It is processed, on our behalf or as independent controllers, only by the providers the service needs: PayPal for payments, the company hosting the website (servers in the European Union, in Germany) and the email service that delivers our messages.

PayPal and the email service may process data outside the European Union on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses two technical cookies only: acls_lang (the language you pick) and acls_tema (light or dark theme). We use no profiling cookies, there is no Google Analytics and there are no social buttons that track you. You can delete the cookies at any time from the Cookies page.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability by writing to info@aiclonels.online. We answer within one month.

If you believe the processing is unlawful you can complain to the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or to the authority of your country of residence.

Minimum age

The service is not intended for anyone under 16. If we learn that we received a minor's data, we delete it.

Changes

If we change this notice we update the date at the top. For substantial changes we also post a notice on the site.
